PT DCI Indonesia Tbk (DCII) presents an increase in digital talent for youth which is realized through the provision of supporting facilities for teachers, vocational students, and universities. The facility was prepared to carry out practical field work at DCI Indonesia's data center.

CEO of DCI Indonesia Toto Sugiri explained, digital talent has an important and strategic role in digital transformation. This is because the need for digital talent is currently increasing every year.

"In line with President Joko Widodo's instructions, in facing the growing national digital transformation, the government is also targeting the creation of 9 million skilled digital talents by 2030," he said in his official statement, Friday (29/10).

For information, DCI has also started to hold an internship program for vocational and university students who mostly fill positions for engineers, accounting, and marketing.

This time, DCI Indonesia also cooperated with SMK Mitra Industri MM2100 by providing tools to support school facilities, preparing training programs related to mechanical and electrical in data center processing and providing job opportunities for students.

"This activity is in line with DCI's identity as a technology company that has 60% of millennial Human Resources (HR) and it is hoped that this program can foster interest in learning about digital infrastructure so that in the future it will be more ready to have a career in the digital era," he concluded.
