According to this paragraph, reproductive health efforts for school-age children and adolescents include providing communication, information, and education, as well as reproductive health services.

Furthermore, the details on the forms of reproductive health services for school-age children and adolescents are regulated in Article 103, Paragraph (4).

Based on this paragraph, one form of reproductive health service for school-age children and adolescents is the provision of contraceptives. This is stated in Article 103, Paragraph (4), letter e. In addition to the provision of contraceptives, early detection and counseling are also part of the reproductive health services for school-age children and adolescents.

The text of Article 103, Paragraph (4), letter e of PP Number 28 of 2024 reads: "(4) Reproductive health services as referred to in paragraph (1) shall at least include: (a) early disease detection or screening; (b) treatment; (c) rehabilitation; (d) counseling; and (e) provision of contraceptives," according to Article 103, Paragraph (4), letter e of PP Number 28 of 2024, as quoted by Kompas.com on Monday, August 5, 2024.

Meanwhile, the form of counseling services for school-age children and adolescents as referred to in Paragraph (4), letter d must take into account several factors. These include respecting privacy and confidentiality, and the counseling should be conducted by medical personnel, health workers, counselors, and/or peer counselors who have the appropriate competencies according to their authority.
