On August 1, she won the all-around gold medal, making history as the first gymnast to claim two non-consecutive all-around titles and the first woman to win two Olympic all-around gold medals since Vera Čáslavská in 1964 and 1968.

After an impressive floor routine at Bercy Arena, Biles showcased a diamond-encrusted "GOAT" necklace before receiving her gold medal from IOC President Thomas Bach. The necklace is a nod to her status as the "Greatest of All Time" (GOAT), a title that sparks both admiration and debate.
"Made with careful attention to detail, this piece embodies her commitment, hard work, and the inspiring spirit that has motivated many generations," wrote Janet Heller Fine Jewelry in their post.
With 23 world titles, Biles is widely regarded as the greatest gymnast ever and one of the greatest athletes overall. Her six Olympic gold medals place her third among female gymnasts, following Larisa Latynina and Čáslavská.
Reflecting on her achievements, Biles said, "It’s amazing to be considered one of the greatest athletes ever. But at heart, I'm still just Simone Biles from Spring, Texas, who loves to flip."
